8 Fidget Toy Crochet Patterns to Keep Hands Busy

Do you like to spin something in your hand to concentrate better?

Fidget toys are small objects designed to be fiddled with, often held in one hand, to help ease restlessness or improve focus.

They come in many forms, such as spinners, cubes, and squeezable items, each offering different tactile sensations. These toys can be especially beneficial for people who experience anxiety, ADHD, or difficulty concentrating, as they provide a simple, calming outlet for excess energy. By keeping the hands busy, fidget toys help the mind stay focused on the task at hand, reducing stress and promoting better productivity.

My original goal for this post was to be able to find 5 unique crochet fidget toy patterns to show the possibilities. But when I started searching for patterns, I kept finding more and more unique fidget toy patterns (for both crochet and knit).

Do you have any fidget toy patterns that you love? Let me know about them!
